#theliberationof #fitness, #energy #lightness (#ease) #food and #nutrition Lucas, when was the last time, you felt super fit and light and everything? Oh, good question! That was actually after hiking the #tablemountain s for three days in a row with like 40 degrees celcius in the summer sun, only five energy bars, four liters of water and a camping matress on my back. I took only short naps of one or two hours whenever i felt like it – or started to get cold, cause the nights, dude, they were cold – wirhout tent, sleeping bag and everything... After i returned to the #catandmousse #hostel ( <3 ) on long street, cape town, i realized, that i had as much energy as never before in my life (as far as i can remember). Far too much energy to sit still, as it seemed. Thing is, that, after only one or two days of being back at my ordinary eating habits i was as well back at my old ›speed‹. Interesting! #Yes, indeed! so the question is:
how much food do we actually *really* need
—— and how much do we eat?
— and what?
— ænd y ?
and if you have a sitting job // in front of your computer // barely mooving // how much food do you need then?!?
—— and how long will it take to adjust our system to this truth ??
